There are a lot of ways to increase conversion rates on your website, and many of those ways are related to improving your user experience or making your website more user-friendly. Here's a list of a few simple steps you can take to improve your conversion rates today.

Define your goal

What is the main metric you want to improve? Is it conversion rate, number of leads, average order value, bounce rate, session duration, or something else?

Create hypotheses

Based on your goal, identify the different factors you can experiment with. You can get ideas from your competitor analysis.

Test

Run A/B tests on some of your landing pages and see if your hypothesis was right. You can use some website optimization services for help. For A/B testing, Optimize by Google and VWO are great for starters.

Analyze

Look at the data you've collected and decide if your hypothesis was true or false 

Improve

Based on the results of your tests, you can decide if you want to keep the winning hypothesis or change it. You can also decide if you want to improve on the website element that's not working. 

Repeat

Repeat the process for each hypothesis you've built.
